Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • flowjo.coach
  • the Flowjo website and public pages
  • the Flowjo app
  • the Flowjo Training Dojo
  • accounts created through flowjo.coach
  • memberships, subscriptions, and digital products
  • training courses
  • coaching offers
  • scholarship applications
  • newsletters and marketing emails
  • support forms, contact forms, and related interactions
  • any services, forms, pages, or products offered under the Flowjo brand

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Great Leo Pty Ltd trading as Flowjo (“Flowjo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using Flowjo, creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, applying, submitting a form, or accessing any part of the website or app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Flowjo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Flowjo.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access parts of Flowjo.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • keep your account information up to date
  • keep your login credentials secure
  • use your account only for your own use
  • notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access or misuse

If made available, you may also be able to use third-party authentication methods, including Google sign-in.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our own fault.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, unauthorised access, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that creates risk to the business or other users.

4. Services covered by these Terms

These Terms apply to Flowjo’s public website, app, memberships, subscriptions, training products, newsletter signup, coaching-related offers, scholarship-related offers, support interactions, and contact or inquiry interactions.

Specific offers or programs may also have additional terms, checkout terms, programme terms, or coaching contracts. If so, those additional terms supplement these Terms.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and billing

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a paid offer, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees.

You agree that:

  • prices may be displayed on the relevant website, page, or checkout
  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
  • you are responsible for keeping your payment details current
  • failed payments may result in interrupted, restricted, downgraded, or expired access depending on the product state
  • we may retry failed payments where permitted

Where the Flowjo app displays a Current Membership Plan and a Next Membership Plan, the Next Membership Plan is future-only and does not become active until the effective date shown.

6. Auto-renewal

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel before the next billing date.

7. Cancellation, downgrade, and change timing

If you cancel, downgrade, or change a recurring membership, the change will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless the relevant product page, checkout, offer terms, or applicable law states otherwise.

You will not receive a partial refund for unused time unless required by law.

8. 3-month access expiry

If a course, product, or offer includes 3-month access, access will expire automatically at the end of that 3-month period unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or product terms.

Expired access may be removed or restricted without further notice once that access period ends.

9. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on a specific offer page or required by law, digital products, subscriptions, memberships, and training courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This includes, without limitation:

  • app subscriptions
  • digital memberships
  • training courses
  • alumni coaching
  • any digital product or offer not expressly covered by a stated guarantee

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including Australian Consumer Law.

10. Coaching money-back guarantee

Flowjo offers a 100% money-back guarantee for the first 90 days of the following coaching programs only:

  • Accelerator
  • Mastery

This guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the client attends all sessions expressly required under the relevant coaching program, including both group and 1:1 sessions where applicable
  • the client completes all assigned tasks they have agreed to complete
  • the refund request is made:
    • during the 90-day coaching program, or
    • within 7 calendar days after the 90-day coaching program ends

Any refund request made on day 8 or later after the program ends will not be considered.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • alumni coaching
  • ongoing monthly coaching after the initial 90-day program
  • app subscriptions
  • training courses
  • digital products
  • memberships
  • any offer outside the initial 90-day Accelerator or Mastery program unless expressly stated otherwise

11. Pricing and offer changes

We may change pricing, features, access levels, inclusions, or product structure at any time for future purchases or renewals, subject to applicable law.

We are not required to preserve legacy pricing, access conditions, or features unless expressly stated.

12. Coaching, scholarship, support, and inquiry submissions

Submitting a contact form, support request, scholarship application, coaching application, or inquiry does not guarantee:

  • acceptance
  • eligibility
  • a coaching place
  • a scholarship
  • an interview
  • a meeting
  • access
  • approval
  • any specific outcome

We may accept, decline, defer, or discontinue any application, support request, or inquiry at our discretion.

13. Educational use only / no professional advice

Flowjo provides educational, informational, training, and coaching-related content.

Flowjo does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Nothing on the website, in the app, in coaching, in a course, or in any newsletter or communication should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

If you need medical or mental health support, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Flowjo unlawfully
  • share, resell, sublicense, or improperly distribute your access
  • attempt to bypass access restrictions, payment systems, or membership controls
  • interfere with the website, app, or any connected systems
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit Flowjo beyond permitted use
  • upload or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material
  • misuse contact forms, applications, or support channels

15. Intellectual property

All content, materials, products, branding, designs, frameworks, illustrations, courses, videos, newsletters, app content, and related materials provided through Flowjo are owned by or licensed to Great Leo Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased or accessible content for your own personal internal use only.

You must not reproduce, sell, redistribute, republish, share, or commercially exploit Flowjo materials without prior written permission.

16. User submissions

If you submit forms, messages, content, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use that material as reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to you
  • operate the business
  • provide the service
  • improve Flowjo
  • manage inquiries, applications, support requests, or customer relationships

You confirm that you have the right to submit any material you provide and that doing so does not infringe the rights of others.

17. Availability and service changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue any part of Flowjo at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, app, or any particular feature.

18. Third-party services

Flowjo may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including Stripe, Kit.com, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, Google sign-in, media providers, hosting providers, and other tools.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, policies, or conduct of third-party providers.

19. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Flowjo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
  • content will always be complete, current, or suitable for every user
  • any user will achieve specific performance, personal, business, or coaching results
  • any scholarship or application will be approved
  • any particular transformation or business outcome will occur

Results depend on many factors outside our control.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Leo Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of revenue, business, profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from your use of Flowjo.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a paid product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service in the 12 months before the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Leo Pty Ltd from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of Flowjo, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person.

22. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you breach these Terms
  • your payments fail and are not resolved
  • your conduct creates risk, harm, or abuse
  • we are legally required to do so

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

23. Privacy

Your use of Flowjo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of Flowjo after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
